Create a list of databases 

Review completed questionnaires or RFP responses

Create an archive of responses

 

Within the next 90 days:

 

Fill in any knowledge gaps

Populate/update databases

Contact prospects

Set up meetings 

Complete RFP's and RFI's

 

Within the next 200 days:

 

Prepare finals presentation materials

Rehearse/ review finals presentation 

Maintain ongoing contact with consultants and prospects

Get on short lists for finals presentations

Analyze competitive advantages versus the competition

Win finals presentations

Get contracts to new client

Manage all follow-up activities

Assist in the transition of assets
